QueueDing

Terms

Effective 2026-10-11

Wait times come from Queue-Times.com, a third-party source. A Dings pass turns on alerts (and, on Android, faster widget updates) for its period. A day pass lasts 24 hours and does not renew, on Google Play or the App Store. Monthly and annual passes renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play or the App Store. The service may change, or may stop if the third-party wait-time source becomes unavailable, changes, or starts charging. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any park operator.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual passes renew until cancelled. A day pass lasts 24 hours and does not renew, on either store. Manage or cancel in the store you bought from:

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies. Ask the store you bought from.

App Store

If you use the iPhone app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app, and has no warranty obligation for it. Questions, claims and support requests go to us, not Apple, at the address below.

As is

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Wait times are estimates reported by a third party and may be wrong or late.
